Simple Kyanite Drop Necklace | #24

A necklace that calls out for summer sunshine from above a mermaid's heart.  These necklaces are made from rarer hues of kyanite, teal and minty green, some with dark blue swirling through some of them.   For the darker and larger stones, I sawed windows from the backs of the pendants to let the light shine through when you hold them up.  I have made these necklaces on chains that are shorter than my usual chains, designed to be worn high or layered with other longer necklaces.  Given a high polish to accent the sparkle of the stone, so that it looks like it was plucked from sun dappled water.  ☀ Pendant measures about 16mm from top to bottom. ☀ Suspended from a delicate whisper chain, adjustable from 15" - 18". ☀ Keep in mind that these kyanites have an icy, crackly depth to them, which means that some have some surface fissures, pits, and crackles where the inner textures touch the surface.
