Pozole Verde

All the heat and flavor south of the border in a spicy, slow-roasted soup. Fresh tomatillos and a quartet of roasted jalapeno, cubanelle, serrano, and poblano peppers are simmered in a creamy broth of fragrant cilantro, lime, and protein-packed pepitas — then filled to the brim with hearty black beans, hominy, and bright yellow corn.
