925 silver necklace set with Roman glass
Stones and silver beads, assembled one by one. This hand-forged necklace features genuine Roman glass excavated from archaeological sites in Israel, each piece carrying its own unique iridescent patina. Crafted from 925 sterling silver using traditional Yemenite filigree techniques. Each element is hand-forged: wire drawn, twisted, shaped, and soldered one piece at a time. The full length of the necklace carries this handmade detail, creating a piece that reveals more the closer you look. At full length, the cumulative detail of the filigree creates a visual richness that rewards close examination. What reads as a pattern from a distance reveals itself as hundreds of individual hand-soldered elements up close. Made by Rami Ben-David, seventh-generation Yemenite silversmith. Each piece of Roman glass is unique in color and patina. See Materials & Care for detailed care guidance.
