Basic Cutting Board

I love making this board; it's a classic design. It's one of very few designs that I make repeatedly. I only make 2 varieties: 1 has a decorative strip of Cherry on the outside and Black Walnut inside; the other is the opposite. Both have Hard Maple as the work surface. This End Grain board is made with Hard Maple, Black Walnut & Cherry. This All-American board will be approximately 17" wide x 13" high x 1-1/4" thick. The board has non-skid rubber feet held on with stainless steel screws. Finish is mineral oil, with a top coat of my hand-rubbed Mrs M's Board Butter. Hand selected. Hand smoothed. Hand rubbed. You feel the difference when you touch this board.
