30 DAY FITNESS CHALLENGE | STARTS OCTOBER 15
Join us for a 30 day challenge designed to shift your mindset, develop confidence and of course, get results. Get access to 12 full body workouts with an intense focus on accountability. Each session we will complete a series of low-impact exercises and breathing techniques to build your strength and ease back into your fitness journey. What to expect? Sessions are 30 minutes a day. Live workouts on Zoom on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30pm CST/ 7:30pm EST. Scheduled rest days. Participants will receive exclusive access to our private SMS group chat for mindset motivation, daily inspo and workout instruction from our class host Mykel B Davis.
