Purchasing note:  This item currently has a two week leadtime for dispatch.  It is unable to be shipped expedited.   Ultrasonic Welding is another option for encapsulation of paper and objects.  Using focused ultrasonic waves, this handheld sealer can join sheets of polyester film, polyethylene sheeting, Hollytex, Reemay, or Tyvek together with a strong weld. APPLICATION The MS Handheld Ultrasonic Welder provides a strong, ultrasonically welded seal that is controlled by the user. Operating in timed bursts, the handpiece is pulled across the material, creating a seal between an upper and lower tip.  The upper tip is a solid horn-shaped metal piece.  The Welder includes two swappable lower tips.  The first is a solid mobile wheel that glides underneath the material, giving the user a straight sealed line that is manipulated during the sealing duration.  The second is a slotted mobile wheel that creates a notched sealed line.
