Shell Cyclosol 53 is a slow-drying blend of 70-80% C9 aromatic hydrocarbons, with the remainder being mostly C10 and C8 hydrocarbons. A general solvent used for making paints, varnishes, inks and sealers. It can also be used in solutions for paint and varnish removal, or the dissolving and removal of some acrylic resins.
