Solvol Autosol

Solvol Autosol Metal Polish removes rust and corrosion from bright work. Polishes aluminum, stainless steel, brass, copper, and nickel. Solvol Autosol is spirit soap plus a very fine abrasive that becomes even finer in use. It is useful for polishing marble, opal, and ivory. It is useful for removing ball pen ink stains from marble. Simply apply Solvol Autosol to cotton and work into the detail of marble sculpture with a wood toothpick. Remove residual Solvol Autosol with Stoddard Solvent. Solvol Autosol plus a few drops of fine oil, placed upon a piece of plate glass or upon a leather strap, is capable of putting a specially keen edge on chisels and other wood cutting tools.
