Also known as "the Red Album" this compilation of the most famous hits of the Beatles from 1962-1966 went to #3 in the U.S. and UK and charted in the top 10 in virtually every major music market worldwide. The tracks range from earliest hits "Love Me Do" and "I Want To Hold Your Hand" to mid-60s Fab 4 gems such as "Yesterday" and "Yellow Submarine". By 2001 it had been certified 15x Multi-Platinum by the RIAA for the U.S., making it a rare RIAA Diamond seller.
