RIAA Gold 45 "white matte" award for Johnnie Taylor track "Who's Making Love", which was released in 1968 and certified Gold by the RIAA on Nov. 15, 1968 for one million copies sold. The track was Taylor's breakthrough hit, reaching #1 on the Billboard R&B chart and #5 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
