RIAA Gold Combo Album Award for Seether albums Disclaimer and Disclaimer II. The albums were released on Aug. 20, 2002 and June 15, 2004, respectively. Disclaimer was certified Gold by the RIAA for 500,000 copies sold on Jan. 29, 2004, and Disclaimer II Gold on Dec. 17, 2004. The South African group's debut album Disclaimer featured singles "Fine Again", "Driven Under", and "Gasoline". Disclaimer II followed that up with the tracks "Broken" (a duet with Evanescence's Amy Lee) and "Sold Me" which brought more recognition. While the debut only notched into the Billboard Top 200 Albums chart at #92, the follow up reached #53 and it also charted throughout Europe and in Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. By 2014 Disclaimer II was certified Platinum by the RIAA for one million sold.
