Serrano Hot Pepper Garden Seeds

Serrano chiles are about twice as hot as Jalapeños, but unlike many other chiles, the flavor is best when they are still green. For a lighter flavor, remove the seeds and pith from the inside. This will decrease the heat by amount half. Germination can be long with these peppers, so be sure to be patient and attentive.
