In addition, the Audix CX212B large diaphragm microphone is equipped with a bass roll-off filter to help eliminate rumble in the lower frequencies. The Audix CX212B can also handle sound pressure levels up to 132 dB and is ideal for a wide variety of acoustic instruments, vocals, string sections, ensembles and ambient room miking. The Audix CX212B studio condenser microphone is designed with low noise preamp circuitry and operates on phantom power. For optimum results use the Audix CX212B with a high quality microphone preamplifier and microphone cable.
