Anxious Attachment Stack

To address this attachment style, I’ve put together Lepidolite, Rhodochrosite, and Madagascar Eudialyte. My absolute favorite stone for self-love and heart charka healing has to be Rhodochrosite. It is a teacher of the heart by helping to remove denial. It also clears the solar plexus and base chakras, thus stimulating emotional release and the confrontation of fear. Lepidolite is a powerhouse when it comes to boosting intuition and calming anxious energy. It also contains lithium so it’s urges grounded energy and points the wearer how to best calm anxious, low, or misaligned energy. It’s been incredible for my personal work around patterns and recognizing where I misalign in my thinking. Madagascar Eudialyte is a stone of unconditional love. It provides the vivacity needed to ensure your basic needs are met while also working on an emotional level. It is a stone of self love and teaches us how to look within ourselves for answers and not seek them in others. It rids the user of jealousy and the need to control others. Bracelet construction is simple, but sturdy, with the highest quality elastic and natural stone beads. Every one of my bracelets is cleansed using specific methods to my practice and charged with Reiki. Only the most high quality materials are used.
