Avoidant Attachment Stack

To ease the Avoidant Attachment, I’ve put together a stack of Green Aventurine, Magnesite, and Hematite. Green Aventurine works on the heart chakra to soothe childhood wounds and gently encourage the user to reopen the heart to receive love. This stone promotes healthy love that the Avoidant craves and works directly on healing issues around trust. Magnesite provides a loving, gentle, stabilizing energy. Magnesite works well with the Crown, Third Eye, and Heart Chakras. It will point to all areas of self-deception so that it can be cleared out and replaced with a major focus on self-love. It is helpful in situations where patience and unconditional love are necessary due to another person’s difficult behaviors. It allows for calm confidence when there is anxiety and fear. It provides the security and stability the Avoidant sought in childhood and in this way encourages the user to be open to receive. This stone is a powerful, necessary anchor for the Avoidant. Finally, Hematite grounds the user in the Root Chakra, which is associated with our sense of security and stability. It is a highly protective stone and allows the user to take risks with confidence. Hematite encourages the user to examine the self-imposed limits they’ve set around love. Bracelet construction is simple, but sturdy, with the highest quality elastic and natural stone beads.
