Whether he is getting back at Lion for tricking him or trying to hoard all of the world’s wisdom in a pot, he is always causing trouble yet is praised for his cunning wit. Similar to Anansi, this sauce has a rich base spiced up by tropical Scotch Bonnets that ends with a sneaky curry finish. Perfect poured on smoked chicken, mixed in with curried goat, or  smothering veg bowls.
