Then combine the ingredients that bring out the perfect flavor of all items: tahini paste, fresh garlic, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. That's right, our baba is dairy free, and still so creamy. We serve it with onions, tomatoes, or other vegetables on the side. Or feel free to grab some of our warm pita and made a mini sandwich.
