Spinach pie, or otherwise known as fatayer, are soft filled pies with a mixture of spinach, caramelized onions, pomegranate molasses and sumac. Our homemade dough is made with olive oil and dairy free. And of course, we make ours with organic spinach and the most flavorful organic sumac from Jordan.  Sold by the piece.
