Starry Night Glow in the Dark Shifting Indie Nail Polish Topper

Starry Night is a beautiful, shifty glitter topper that also glows in the dark!  This is a clear polish with shifting blue-to-purple pigment, holographic glitters, and a glow in the dark finish. Wear Starry Night by itself, or pair it with a polish of your choice.  We highly recommend applying one coat of this topper over a single coat of Basic Black - our amazing one coat black polish. For best results, apply a coat of our new Talon Tamer glitter-smoothing treatment over your manicure and top with a coat with our quick dry Talon Super Dry and Shine top coat. To make the polish glow in the dark: Charge the polish with a strong light, sunlight, or black light flashlight.
