Balayage is an amazing magnetic holographic topcoat that transform any base coat color Gel Application: 1. Apply MASK UP base coat and cure, apply one layer of Bobby Pinned Black gel and or any desired color and cure.2. Shake the BALAYAGE Cat Eye bottle.3. Apply one layer. DO NOT CURE!4. Hold the magnet stick close to the nail in the position where you want the 5D effect.5. Once you have the effect you want, cure under LED (30 sec.) or UV Lamp (2 min.)6. Apply SHEER SHINE top coat and cure.
