I am two faced…..... Two Toned is a chrome effect created by small particle sized color travel pigments with intense effects. Application: Apply base color (preferably black).Apply a layer of no wipe gel topcoat. Unscrew cap, tap up and down on cap to remove excess powderwith applied applicator, buff a thin layer of flakes onto nail surface. Brush off excess flakes off the nailApply a layer of builder/hard gel to prevent chippingSeal with gel top coat.
