Title: Under Cover   Location: Majete National Park, Malawi   Majete is one of those wild place you just have to visit. It still feels so raw and untouched. But this park was hit heavily by poaching for many years until African Parks took over management of the park. Now it hasn’t had a single poaching in the park for over 5 years now. A huge effort from African Parks and the communities that live around it.   The reason why I saw the park still feels wild is because of this photo. This lioness was one of the biggest encountered in a while and instead of moving away from the vehicle she stood her ground and showed us her fangs, meaning back off, this is your last warning. Generally lions are either habituated to vehicles or they run off.   This lioness was so confident in her strength that she stood up to us, by herself.
