Panama Pacific Line: A deluxe deck plan brochure from 1929 for the first of Panama Pacific's three turbo-electric liners, the CALIFORNIA. The brochure opens to an arm-stretching 31" and then flips up to a width of 18". A big portrait of the CALIFORNIA fills the top half while the lower section shows deck plans and interiors over eight pages. Six decks covering both First and Tourist classes are shown in large scale. Black and white photos show the First Class Verandah Cafe, Smoking Room, sitting room of a suite, two staterooms, Dining Room, Entrance Foyer, Lounge, and Library.
