Echinacea 'Sombrero Salsa Red' - Coneflower

'Salsa Red' was the winner of our search for a true red coneflower. Part of the 'Sombrero' series this plant boast large fade-resistant blooms in a color I like to call mid-life crisis sports car red. These coneflowers are of medium height and work well in the middle to back of beds, under windows against fences and under trees. The blooms are profuse and the color of red is truly fantastic. You can't go wrong with echinacea. We carry a multitude of cultivars and colors for just that reason. They are easy to grow and reward the lazy gardener with months of full beautiful blooms that just keep coming.
