Adult Model Services Agreement Template

  This Adult Model Services and Release Agreement is for a company seeking to engage a model for business purposes, and has been written in favor of the company. Unlike conventional model releases that assume the photographer takes and owns the photos, the contract assumes the models themselves have taken their own pictures and therefore own the copyrights to their own photos. The agreement covers situations where the model may be actively performing activities in connection to taking the photographs such as testing a product, making observations, product promotion, etc., in addition to consenting to their likeness being displayed in a commercial capacity.
