4 Week progressive conditioning plan for optimizing fat loss while building muscle. Full nutrition and training based on a 5 day split included. Training plan is without/minimal weights used.   Plans include: 24/7 email or social media message Support for any questions during the duration of the plan purchased. For training plans, this is the first week after the initial purchase. Please allow 24 hours for response though request can be sent that anytime. Plans are month to month and are revised with each month.
