Key myofascial and anatomical links through the body. Explain the sequence of essential events required for ideal walking technique. Key components of a biomechanical assessment including the biomechanics of the feet. Examine some common movement errors and injuries. Outline treatment of common injuries. Incorporate the role of core stability in management and prevention. Apply theory of myofascial chains into a selection of exercises to manage and prevent injury (strengthening, flexibility, motor control and coordination).
