Traverse City

This vibrant watercolor painting print depicts the beautiful downtown streets of Traverse City, Michigan. The original painting took approximately 100 hours to complete and was completely designed, hand-drawn and painted by the artist (a Michigan native). This piece focuses on Front Street and features popular and lively summer destinations including American Spoon and the State Theater. Niki wanted the painting to feel like a memory, capturing all the lovely nuances in the architecture against an evening summer sky and buzzing streets. She paid close attention to the rich detail and added brilliant pops of color with a whimsical assortment of cars.
