We recommend saving shipping time & money and purchasing the 4 pack. 1 Envelopes of 48 adhesive strips. (4 sheets of 12 strips each) Hypoallergenic adhesive tape (matte, one sided) Cut the adhesive sheet before applying. Allows maximum number of strands to be applied Avoid touching the adhesive once the strips are removed from the package to preserve its stickiness.
