Monday Rum and 1/2 oz fresh lime juice to a tall glass filled with ice. Top with Ginger Beer. Stir once. Garnish with a lime and some attitude.  Flavor profile: Bold and dark, inspired by aged rums of the Caribbean. Sweet aromas of sugar cane, tropical fruit, and fresh tobacco leaf on the nose.
