"The Nootch"

Nutritional yeast has been a favorite for years, anyone with a hippie aunt who lives in Sebastopol and makes mailbox art has had it sprinkled on everything from pizza to popcorn. Our friend's five year old has just one word for it: "The Nootch" Why mess with a classic? We blend locally produced nutritional yeast from Medley Hills Farm here in Ohio for our seasoning. The Can't-Quite-Place-It-But-It's-Not-Cheese flavor gives a nutty, slightly salty flavor that is hard to put down. We recommend getting one to eat and one to share. Each bag is 50 grams or 1.75 ounces.
