Our Chipotle spice blend has a smoky flavor and is great for grilling. Ingredients include onion, garlic, chipotle peppers, green peppers, and other spices. Serving Suggestions: As a dip, combine with 1 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Refrigerate the dip at least three hours, (For best results, refrigerate overnight.) Don't forget the lemon juice - it tastes extra yummy with the zing! The Chipotle spice blend also makes a great smoky seasoning for meatloaf and cheeseburgers - simply mix with 2 pounds of ground meat.
