Yarn for 2025 Rose City Yarn Crawl Mystery Alongs

The 2025 Rose City Yarn Crawl will take place March 6 – 9, 2025. To celebrate 16 years of Portland fiber arts, we've chosen "Our Sky Full of Stars" as the theme — and we have a galaxy of stellar activities planned. There's lots to do ahead of time, including marking your calendars, following the Yarn Crawl on social media, subscribing to the Yarn Crawl newsletter, and signing up for Mystery Alongs! Now you might be asking, "What's a Mystery Along?" The Mystery Knit and Crochet Alongs are fun mystery projects that help us get excited about the Yarn Crawl before it even starts! You'll start by signing up for the Knit or Crochet patterns on Ravelry — once registered, you’ll get a pre-clue with general information about what you’ll be making and what supplies you'll need. Then, it's time to pick yarn and do your swatching before January, when the clues (sections of the pattern) start releasing weekly. When all's said and done, you'll have a great new project to proudly wear to Yarn Crawl!
