Dare strongly believes you can't create an alternative and call it "cheese" without following the age-old technique of cheesemaking.Their culturing process creates gut healthy probiotics that both flavor our cheeses, and give back to your body. Ingredients   Contains: Tree nuts (cashew) Cashews,  coconut milk, filtered water, cultures, salt, coconut oil, nutritional yeast, jalapeno, roasted red pepper, red pepper flakes Shelf Life / Storage   All of the products will have a sticker with a Best By Date on them when purchased. Our wedges are dated for 8 weeks out. All of our products can be frozen for up to 6 months without any adverse effects to the texture. We recommend keeping it in its original packaging, but plastic wr
