Add Custom Name & Number

Please read before purchasing:  You must purchase this listing for each t-shirt that you would like to add your players name/number to. (IE: If you want to add a name/number to 3 shirts, you would order 3 shirts, plus 3 of this item.) You should enter the player's last name/number in the notes at checkout.  If you purchase less of this item than you do shirts, please note which shirt it should go on in the notes at checkout.  If you have any questions before ordering, you can email info@rocknoxx.com.
