Add an essential skill to your knitting toolbox! Come and learn the Magic Loop technique for knitting in the round. Most frequently used with socks, this approach can be applied to cowls, mittens, hats…virtually any item knitted in the round. Developed by Sarah Hauschka and Bev Galeska, the Magic Loop method employs one very long circular needle in lieu of double pointed needles. A variation of Magic Loop developed by Joyce Williams employs 2 circular needles and is particularly useful when knitting 2 items in the round simultaneously, such as sleeves or gloves. Mastering this innovative technique will boost your confidence and expand your knitting acumen! Please purchase your yarn from Oak City Fibers for the Class!
