16oz Glass bottle available in Grade A Dark Robust or Grade A Rich Amber 100% all natural pure maple syrup  No additives or preservatives  organically produced in small batches Sustainably harvested  Non-GMO, Vegan Baked Peaches  3 Ripe peaches, halved and pitted 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup 1 tablespoon brandy bourbon, or rum (optional) 1 tablespoon coconut sugar or light brown sugar 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon ¼ teaspoon kosher salt Vanilla ice cream, Greek yogurt, or heavy cream, for serving   place halves in baking dish, cut side up.  Whisk together olive oil, Old State Farms maple syrup, brandy, bourbon or rum (optional) brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon and salt.  Spoon mixture over cut peaches, bake in pre heated oven at 350 for 30 minutes.  Remove and serve with vanilla ice cream, yogurt or fresh whipped cream.
