Come join our guest Baker Lori, as she shows you, hands-on, not to be afraid of making sourdough!   This fun and interactive class will give you the foundation for making classic sourdough bread while also showing you how to step on the wild side and make Jalapeño/Cheddar or Cinnamon raisin or any other add ins you might find delicious! By the end of the class you will have a loaf to take home to bake , a starter for future loaves, written directions that we will cover step by step in class, and the confidence to actually do it! Plus I will bring a hot fresh loaf to snack on! Before class even begins you'll get to try some hot and fresh sourdough paired with some of Olive and Herbs fantastic oil blends!    Our class starts at 1:00pm and runs approximately 90 minutes.
