05/17/2025 Traditional Sourdough Workshop with Chef Alisha Loveland Location

This is a follow up class to the beginner sourdough class with Alisha. Learn to make soft sandwich loaf and when to include whole grains and mix ins. This class is for you if you are familiar with baking with a sourdough starter but want to incorporate more options in your baking. We will also demonstrate how to score your bread to make fun and interesting designs while highlighting the importance and process of scoring bread. While preparing your dough, you will sample a freshly baked loaf of sourdough served with Olive & Herb's infused olive oil and vinegars. As with all our classes, you will leave with the recipes to recreate your perfect loaf!
