8.1 Vortec 8100 496 Big Block Gen7 Intake Flange Kit

These aren't just flat sheets with a hole cut in them. These are fully 5 axis CNC machined, and have the raised flange to help with welding the intake tubes onto the flanges, compared to trying to weld a piece of 1/2" plate to a thin runner. The only "machine" work needing to be done to install onto the engine is tapping the 6 "china wall" holes for bolts to hold down the ends of the valley plate. Once its installed the intake can be removed without having to take the valley plate off. We can do custom mods to these on a case by case basis as well.
