Cumin Jalapeño Brine is a delicious concoction inspired by an El Salvadorian recipe. The jalapeños are actually pretty mild, the onions are sweet and big carrot coins are a treat. It goes great with pupusas or tacos, eggs or sandwiches, or on anything really. WHAT IS BRINE?
