Pickled Beets

Pickled Beets are a fall treat that makes beautiful salads, is a great addition to a charcuterie or crudite board, or on an Australian style burger (or veggie burger!). The beets are fermented in our famous OlyKraut brine, in small batches for a perfect crunch. We use locally sourced ingredients and traditional preservation techniques to craft these delicious raw, probiotic rich pickles.  Ingredients: Organic beets*, organic dill*, organic OlyKraut Brine*, sea salt, organic onion*.  *WSDA Certified Organic This product contains live probiotics; therefore it must be refrigerated.
