2.22.25 - DREAM SONGS: Workshop

The DreamSongs Workshop is a three-hour immersive experience that transforms personal reflections into music, giving fresh perspective and new life to your story through song. We begin with guided breathing, stretching, and vocal exercises to awaken creativity and connection. From there, an open journal session allows you to explore your thoughts and emotions freely. Then, through an interactive group process, we bring these reflections to life—sharing highlights by singing them aloud in a supportive space. Finally, participants pair up to co-write an original song based on shared themes, culminating in a collective sharing of the songs that emerge.
