One on one Competition coaching. With this you will receive:  An initial consultation to discuss your show timeline  Five one-on-one live posing sessions Posing sessions are 30 min in duration Customized posing routine tailored to your physique Written posing critique notes when needed After purchasing, you will receive an email with a questionnaire. You will respond to the questionnaire, and book a time that is convenient for you to have you one on one phone consultation. We will go over your goals, & discuss your & timeline. After your consultation, we will pre-book your posing sessions based off of your show date.
