This is our chef’s choice butcher block. Whichever size you choose, this board has a nice weight to it. Equipped with feet for max traction, stays elevated and away from standing water and makes for easy pick up. Features a 1/4” grooved border for juice collection. Multiple hardwoods used to create this edge grain butcher block cutting board. The organization of hard woods from darker to lighter is purposeful. No stains or dyes used, only organic hardwoods. All materials locally sourced and made in Eugene, Oregon. Materials Walnut, Jatoba, Sapele, Cherry, Beech, Hickory, Maple. Dimensions In addition to the size you choose all butcher blocks are approx. 1.85"-2" thick. Care Hand wash with soap and water. Dry with hand towel. Do not put in dishwasher or leave in standing water.
