Using a flexible measuring tape, measure your wrist below the wrist bone. The place where your bracelet would normally be worn. Write down your measurement. For stretch bracelets Add 1 inch for a comfortable fit or add 1.5 inches to the measurement you just wrote down for a looser fit bracelet.  You can also measure your wrist with a piece of string or a strip of paper.
