It’s crazy to think about it, but for a drink as popular as coffee, most of the hard labor is done by the older generation! Many of today’s youth don’t see much opportunities in continuing their family farms and neither do their parents, so they leave home and head to the cities in search of other career potentials. The future of coffee farming might look bleak, but thankfully there are those like the ASOBOMBO Association to try and change the outlook!
