Huh? Well, here's your antidote. A big ol' backpacking trip on the Appalachian Trail where you'll burn enough calories to tell guilt to get lost with their bad vibes. WHAT TO EXPECT* This trip is rated INTERMEDIATE-to-ADVANCED.  You and your group will be camping at a designated campsite along the Appalachian Trail. There will not be any shelters, bathrooms or running water. See General Trip Information below for more.
