Here, cattle range on 1500 acres of green grasslands spread beneath the towering peaks of the Grand Tetons. More than 100 years ago, Brad Mead's great grandfather homesteaded in Jackson Hole; five generations later, the Meads are still here. Mead cattle spend their lives on the ranch, never in feedlots, and Brad and Kate run their operation with an ethos of conservation. Chef Marco Morillon is joining us to craft a family-style Italian feast with the team from Il Villaggio Osteria. He is used to cooking in beautiful surroundings at the base of the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, but we're willing to guess our kitchen will have an even better view.
