We first set our table at Mead Ranch in 2012 and have been back nearly every year since. We always look forward to the warm hospitality of our hosts, Brad and Kate Mead, whose family has been raising beef cattle here for five generations, following in the footsteps of Brad’s great-granddad, who put down his stake in Jackson Hole beneath the towering peaks of the Grand Tetons. Also the co-founders of Wyoming Whiskey, Brad and Kate bring an extra layer of local flavor to the table with bourbon that’s distilled, aged, and bottled in Kirby, using grains and water sourced from the state they proudly call home. Jackson Chef Jaime Perez joins us for his first OITF appearance.
